About RM Hotel Renovations
A hands-on carpenter and renovation professional with more than 20 years of construction and hotel remodeling experience.
RM Hotel Renovations is led by Rodrigo Munoz, a professional carpenter and hotel renovation contractor. Rodrigo's experience was gained directly in the field — not from behind a desk — working on hotel renovation projects from the first day of demolition to the final punch-list walk.
Over more than 20 years he has personally performed demolition, carpentry, framing, flooring, painting, electrical work, repairs and finishing on guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors and common areas. That breadth is what allows the company to take on a full renovation scope with one point of accountability.
The work has included properties associated with major hotel brands, which means real familiarity with brand standards, Property Improvement Plans and the inspection process that decides when rooms return to inventory.
The company works with hotel owners, developers, hotel management companies, investors, general contractors and other businesses involved in hotel renovation and construction projects.
