Hotel Renovation Experience
More than 20 years of hands-on construction and hotel remodeling experience — from demolition through final finishing — on properties associated with leading hotel brands.
Rodrigo Munoz has spent more than two decades on hotel renovation sites, performing the work directly: demolition, framing, drywall, flooring, painting, electrical work, repairs and finish carpentry. That range means a renovation scope doesn't have to be split across several contractors who each see only their piece.
Much of that experience has been on properties operating under major hotel flags, where brand standards dictate finishes, layouts and inspection requirements. Knowing how those standards translate into field work — what inspectors look for, where problems usually hide behind wet walls, how rooms need to be staged and released — is the difference between a renovation that finishes on schedule and one that doesn't.
Working inside operating hotels adds its own discipline: guests are sleeping down the corridor, housekeeping needs rooms back on a date, and the property has to keep earning while the work happens. Every project is planned around that reality.
