The project

Complete guest room and bathroom renovation taken from dated rooms through gut demolition to finished, rentable product. This project shows the full arc of the work: selective demo down to studs and block, framing and rough-in coordination, then bathrooms rebuilt with frameless glass showers, LED mirrors and floating vanities, and rooms finished with new casegoods, carpet and paint to Marriott-family standards.
